Petition written by the inheritors of the late Muhammad Hasan Tabbakh [cook], who are: Muhammad ‘Ali and Muhammad Husayn (his sons) and Mashhadi Muhammad Riza, Mirza Ahmad, and Safiyah Khanum (children of the late Ramazan ‘Ali and Haji Muhammad Hasan's grandchildren), to the prayer leader of Fars regarding a settlement with Muhammad Baqir and Habib Allah, sons of the late Haji Asad Allah, over some properties for four hundred and forty tumans, with the recipient's response at the end

The documents include two settlements between Hasan Khan Ulfat (Ihtisham al-Sultan) and Nasir al-Mamalik about profits and losses derived from renting Nasir al-Mamalik's gardens, land, and crops. Another settlement, between Zaman al-Mulk and Nasir al-Mamalik, is about Zaman Bayg's property. On the margin, Khavar Khanum and her brother have acknowledged the correctness of the settlement. Some of the documents are payment receipts of Nasir al-Mamalik's taxes to the Tax Office in either money or crops such as wheat, barley, and straw.
